Confirmation is a right of passage to becoming an adult in the Church. It is that moment in life when the faith you received at your Holy Baptism becomes a public statement made by you before God and this congregation. You proclaim your faith and trust on the one, true, living, holy, triune God, and the salvation given to you through Jesus suffering, death, and resurrection. On this Sunday we will recognize those young men and women who have shown themselves to be faithful Christians who have learned well the foundations of the Christian faith and who on this day will state that faith before the altar of this church to family and friends.
