Revelation (Current Version) (With Answers)
Revelation: What Shall Be
A Christ-centered Bible study for today.
Revelation was given to comfort the baptized, not to confuse them. This study approaches the book as the unveiling of Jesus Christ—our crucified and risen Lord—who reigns now and will return in glory [Revelation 1:1; 1:17–18; 22:20]. We read the text with Scripture interpreting Scripture, shaped by the Church’s worship and confession, so symbols become signposts to Christ rather than puzzles to fear. Participants will see how Revelation speaks to real congregations under real pressure, offering repentance, endurance, and hope anchored in the Lamb who was slain [Revelation 5].
Each session traces the major visions: Christ’s messages to the seven churches, the throne room and the Lamb, the seals/trumpets/bowls, the dragon and the beasts, Babylon and the Bride, the “thousand years,” and the new heaven and new earth [Revelation 2–3; 4–5; 6–16; 12–13; 17–19; 20; 21–22]. Expect clear teaching, lively discussion, Old Testament connections, and practical application for faithful life in a restless world. Speculation and date-setting give way to the sure promises of God. The result is courage to endure, joy in worship, and confidence in the final victory of Christ.
You will leave with:
-
Clarity about Revelation’s symbols and structure without sensationalism.
-
Comfort in Christ’s present reign and protection of His Church.
-
Confidence for daily witness, prayer, and perseverance until He comes.
Bring a Bible and a friend. No prior experience is required. The Lamb wins, and His people share in His victory. Come see how Revelation proclaims that good news from beginning to end.
